Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final Macabre is a seasonal pop-up shop operating for a limited time only. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing, as we're unable to accommodate change-of-mind returns, sizing exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@macabrehalloween.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations Because orders are processed quickly to meet Halloween shipping deadlines, we're unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your order — including sizing, color, and shipping address — before checking out.

Store Closure Note As a seasonal pop-up, Macabre may cease operations shortly after Halloween. Any damaged/incorrect-item claim in progress at closure will still be honored through email support until fully resolved.
