Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Because Macabre is a seasonal pop-up, order volume increases significantly in the weeks leading up to Halloween, and processing may extend to 3–5 business days during peak periods (October).

Shipping Time Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Macabre sources costume and decor items internationally, and transit times reflect that.

Halloween Delivery Cutoff Because this is a seasonal store, we strongly encourage customers to order early. We recommend placing orders no later than October 15 to allow a reasonable buffer for delivery before October 31. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for Halloween, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination, unless a promotional free-shipping threshold is active.

Tracking A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after it's issued.

Lost or Delayed Packages Macabre is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package is significantly delayed or shows as lost in transit, contact us at hello@macabrehalloween.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
